Argyll and Bute when you look at the western of Scotland offers a variety of tourist attractions, you may be given spectacular mountains, lochs and woodlands. The Cowal Peninsula is a paradise for walkers, cyclists and liquid sport lovers and is however largely undiscovered. It has a superb combination of stunning surroundings from majestic ocean lochs, sandy beaches or rugged shores, hills, moorland and woodland. Further north, Inveraray regarding shores of Loch Fyne, provides several things to see and do and is popular with families while Oban is the gateway to a lot of historic sites, beaches and countries.

The Kintyre Peninsula is situated at the south-western extremity and it is ideal for those searching for escape and leisure. Striking seascapes are characteristic of the location and you're supplied high grade walking and wildlife observing options. The region also has a reputation as a producer of a number of the world’s finest single malt whisky.

Take the ferry at Colintraive towards Isle of Bute and check out Rothesay, Mount Stuart home and Etrrick Bay having its wonderful sands.
